It was ok but I get there at 1:30 They don’t want to give me the key she say it have to be at 3pm even I tell her please I need to use the bathroom she say no and she say no public bathroom to use after long flight if I get there 1:30 I should get the room I pay for

Advertised as having an airport shuttle. IT DOES NOT RUN ON THE WEEKEND. Had to take a cab each way. Breakfast is a joke. Little plastic wrapped muffins and Caffe with sweetened coffee mate. Room is standard.

On the Orbitz website, this hotel stay said it "include breakfast". No "breakfast" was available or provided. There was simply coffee, and some store-bought muffins were placed on a table opposite the front desk. Secondly, the bed had no blankets provided, the pillows were meager and only one plastic cup was provided in the bathroom. The water pressure was also very low (room 136). The description of this hotel should be updated to make it clear that you are on your own for breakfast and you have to ask for even the most basic items in your room. Also, why does it take 2-3 business days for the $100(!) security deposit to be returned?

The room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty. I had to switch out the sheets. The bathrooms were not clean. The room smelled like smoke when I came down to exchange the sheets they gave a can for breeze to try to make the room smell better. I would never recommend this property to anybody.
