Repeated calls to the hotel went to a touch tone system that went unanswered. After several attempts, the front desk picked up and I was told their van was broken down and I should find another way to get to the hotel. At the hotel, my room was filthy: bed unmaid, cooking pots / pans were unwashed and piled up on a counter and the room smelled of unwashed bodies. The front desk person - very - looked, agreed immediately, and took me to another room. Same thing! The 3rd room was properly made up, clean but worn: a stray electric cable - live! - was laying on the floor, batbtub was dirty and the drain cap was missing. Other small wear and tear issues. STAY AWAY!!

My stay at this extended stay hotel was okay overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our late checkout to match our flight. The location is less than 15 minutes from the airport, which is convenient, but I had trouble with the shuttle service, waited over an hour and ended up calling a Lyft due to miscommunication. The property feels more like a motel than a hotel and could use some updates, touch-up paint, and deep cleaning. The vending machines were pricier than expected, but I understand pricing varies by state. The breakfast was minimal, just packaged muffins and coffee, not what I’d consider a full breakfast. The room had a full-size fridge, microwave, stove, and dish sink, which made it functional for a short stay. The area felt safe to walk, and we were able to reach the mall, Ruby Tuesday, and IHOP on foot. It seems to cater more to long-term residents, though I saw short-term guests as well. If you’re looking for a basic place to sleep rather than a luxury experience, this works. I even traveled to Times Square from here, which was a highlight. I would stay again for a short period, but the location could use some TLC. Overall, it’s a decent option for budget-conscious travelers who value convenience and friendly staff over amenities. 4 nights, 5 Days.

Room was okay , there was no coffee saturday morning at 8o'clock, people were waiting and it was available at 9h30. Custumer service was non existent , The so called breakfast was tiny muffins, bags of dry oatmeal. On sunday at 10 o'clock there was no coffee.

Whole hotel reeks of smoke smell… rooms are not cleaned… bedsheets have holes in them. Hair dryer was not there and when asked for it, they sent some broken hair dryer which started sparkling when turned on.. room smells bad

Choose another location nearby and spend the extra twenty / fourty dollars to not sleep on a rock with a sheet for a blanket. Hallway floors were filthy — room wasn’t awful just to lay your head for a couple hours. Would never stay here longer than the little bit we needed the room for. Seems like people stay here awhile or something. There was a guest rolling around the hallways, with their room’s office chair like a wheel chair… holding their dog. Just overall shady spot — if our kids were with us I would’ve demanded a refund. Main lobby stunk of “skunk”… bless the person behind the desk (who I don’t think the smell came from). Just don’t be like us and spend the extra $$ and choose another hotel. Not sure why reviews I read didn’t make this place seem bad.

I stay for 6 days i had alot of large heavy irems to move out on my checkout and no push cart in the whole building two are missing resting in there rooms also there are wheelchairs parked outside of rooms people using desk seats for wheelchair.

The property needs a lot of updates. The carpet, the room, the furniture. The worst part is the terrible marijuana smell once you got into the building. We have to use something to block the seam underneath the door. The breakfast is grab & go. Very limited. We could not find water fountain at the hotel and no coffee maker inside the room. The front desk gave us a bottle water for medicine. The airport shuttle only started after 3p. We had to call Uber to go to airport in the morning. However, the front desk ladies, the shuttle driver were very friendly. The room and beds were clean.

This was an absolute nightmare. Your platform and confirmation message clearly stated there would be an airport shuttle — just call. Simple enough, right? Except when we arrived, confused about where “P4” even was, we finally managed to call only to be told: there is no shuttle on weekends. Excuse me? Nowhere was this ever mentioned. That’s not just inconvenient, that’s flat-out misleading. Because of your false information, we were left stranded at the airport. Our only options? Pay nearly $400 for a last-minute rental car or $150 each way for an Uber. On top of that, we were forced to book a different hotel last-minute at twice the cost — all because of your failure to provide accurate information. We wasted two hours stuck at the airport trying to sort this out, only to finally be refunded after a painful two-hour online chat. As if refunding us was some kind of favor or honor. It wasn’t — it was the bare minimum after the chaos your platform caused. The lack of accountability, the misleading advertising, and the refusal to properly make things right are disgraceful. Shame on the hotel for not providing the correct information, and shame on Expedia for not following up or protecting your customers. Without us, you have nothing — and treating people this way is unacceptable. If you can’t even ensure basic accuracy with the hotels you promote, why should anyone trust your platform at all?

This is a hotel where people live. The lobby smelled like weed. Our room was sparse but only moderately dirty—areas around door knobs and walls had hand prints. The bed didn’t seem dirty.

The staff was very wonderful, especially the front desk, young lady Destiny This facility has a lot of transits staying there living there the carpet was dirty. The whole facility needs an upgrade. I felt uncomfortable and insecure with the surroundings because of the many people living there.
