Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Horrible

Called to check in an hour early. They called me back saying the property was unavailable and they were sending me to Jersey City. We were told it was a house ended up being an apartment. I contacted the host whom told me a refund wasn’t going to be made. I travel every year to NJ to visit. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Candle on the cake we never got to stay in any home booked. We were forced to crash at family’s house.
