The bridge to the prudential center is a real game changer. Staff is great. They never have 2 working elevators I’ve stayed here 4 times this year still I’d stay again abd recommend

Overall it’s a nice hotel and in a very convenient place where there is a lot options for things to do around the hotel. And you can park and walk. My 3rd time staying here. I was charged $63 and I’m still trying to figure out what was the charge for they don’t seem to know. Otherwise staff was wonderful.
