The staff is good and courteous. Check in was a breeze. However, the breakfast offering is very sparse -they ran out of coffee- but eventually refilled it. Also the floor needs mopping. I forgot to bring bedroom slippers so I walked to the bathroom in my socks which got dirty.

The hotel is not in walking distance of any restaurants, which meant we had no food options besides the expensive microwave frozen dinners the hotel had for sale. We also had to wait quite a while to check in because there was only one person at the desk when the shuttle dropped off four couples. Otherwise, everything was quite satisfactory.

Friendly staff, comfy bed but extremely noisy.

Being a Vegan, extremely limited breakfast option. The staff were friendly and the room nice with comfy bed but this has got to be one of the noisiest places I have stayed in. The walls are very thin and you can hear people walking around in the rooms next door. I requested a top floor room and thankfully this was available as I would not have been able to stay as I'm a very light sleeper. You could hear walking around the hallway and rooms it was like a vibration sound. Thankfully I wear earplugs but that doesn't work miracles. There were good points but due to the noise, I wouldn't stay again. I didn't mention this to reception as you can hear the footsteps all over the hotel.
