My wife and I stayed here with a few of our friends as our home base for our first time in the city. This place was adorable, spacious, clean, and within walking distances of markets and a short ride from the train station. We absolutely would love to stay here again next time we come to the east coast!

Really impressed with the stay. A little disappointed the washer didn’t work, couldn’t wash towels to reuse for the days we stayed. It was just enough for each person to use one towel each for the entire stay. Other than that everything was great.

Conditions were deplorable. I've seen crack dens that are better than this supposed vacation rental. From the shoddy construction to the old peeling paint, nicely pre-kicked in door, and dangerous flooring, and that's just the start.

Unfortunately, our stay did not match the listing. The biggest issue was that two of the bedrooms did not have working air conditioning, making them extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. This was not disclosed in the listing, and we specifically booked the property expecting all bedrooms to be adequately cooled.The listing also did not accurately represent the condition of the home, which was disappointing. While the location may work for some travelers, we felt the property did not provide what was advertised. Listing also did not advise that it was a 2nd floor unit. There is a bathroom window, that does not lock. We had to block the window overnight for safety which was a concern. I hope the host updates the listing to accurately reflect the property’s condition and resolves the air conditioning issues so future guests know what to expect.
