    Spacious 3BR perfect for crews & families! This is one of two private apartments inside a multifamily home, not a standalone house. Access is through a shared main entrance and up 3 flights of short stairs to the second floor — please plan ahead if bringing heavy luggage. Located near Jersey Gardens Mall & major work sites, this home offers comfort & convenience. Employers love booking for their teams, while families enjoy the space & amenities. Features include one assigned parking spot in the shared driveway, in-unit laundry, & a full kitchen. We're directly in the Newark Airport (EWR) flight path, so expect frequent airplane noise, especially during the day. As with any multi-unit home, sound can occasionally carry between units, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially at night, out of respect for the other unit and our property manager. A quiet, cozy stay awaits ideal for work trips or family getaways. Book now for a seamless stay near shopping, dining, & transit!

    Had a nice stay. Was very roomy and comfortable. Only thing was wish I had known about 10 garage at elizabeth station earlier. Would have save on the ubers.

    Beautiful rental. Very spacious and has so many amenities. If you are a light sleeper, than the airplane noise might bother you. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

    Enjoyed our stay at this location. Property was as described, exceptionally clean with spacious living areas. Loved that all appliances and kitchen utensils where fairly new. The only small downsides that I could think would be an issue to some folks, although not necessarily in my case, were proximity to airport and being located in a 3rd story. All in all, this is DEFINITELY a place I would stay in again!

    Overall, the property met, and in some cases exceeded our expectations. The communication from the owner was on point, especially, when the prior renter did not checkout. We knew early in the morning that our check-in needed to be delayed. The parking situation was a little confusing, but easily sorted out with the help of the owner. We would stay here again.

    We came into the area for a get together with other friends and the Vrbo was clean, well appointed, and very welcoming. Parking is as expected for the area and a bit tight. The neighborhood is urban New Jersey and in my opinion not rough. It’s a residential neighborhood near the airport and port after all. There is a lot of air traffic overhead, but if you’re a regular traveler it’s not offensive in the unit at all.
