The black man at the front desk, I really appreciated his professionalism and work ethic l, very patient and kind guy. The rooms didn’t have heat and light for a few hours but he resetted the room and it was good again. I like the hotel, I know it’ll be unstoppable once it fully renovated. I enjoy the decorations and hope to come back - Assata

It was a great stay but there was a private party in the building on my second night and they lasted music, I was on the 11th floor and it woke me up and kept me up. Otherwise I enjoyed it a lot. They recently re opened so you can definitely tell. Traces of paint and drywall are everywhere. Lots of construction still it seems.
