Great hotel. Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, but could be better. Only negative thing about the hotel is the location, surrounded by dirty streets; and available food nearby is mainly Chinese and Halal.

Would have liked to see more Gluten-Free options. Also the toaster was very dirty looked like it had mold in it. Other than that everything was great and the staff was really good. The rooftop views were beautiful.

The hotel itself is clean and the staff is amazing. The rooftop deck was a nice surprise. Breakfast was a great way to start a day of adventure. There is a two block gauntlet you need to traverse to reach the subway. During the day it was not an issue. At night we just Uber back to the hotel.

Staff was amazing. We were there 6 nights and never had housekeeping come in to clean. I did call to ask for clean towels and they did make the bed. Location was a bit risqué - I wouldn’t walk alone in the area. Love the fact they had breakfast and coffee every morning. Can’t say enough about the very professional and kind staff ! Because of them - I would still stay there again.

100% no sound proofing at all. Heard everything from people in the hallways, their rooms, construction outside that started at 5 AM. The rooms are in need of a touch up as well. A lot of chipping paint.
