The staff was wonderful! In my last night, I dropped something precious down the drain by accident and they sent out an engineer right away to retrieve it (this was at three in the morning, mind you). Truly excellent service, I could not have asked for better.

We stayed 4 nights. Not one day did we have a hot shower. Luke warm at best. On the third day we got a later start leaving the room around 12:30. I came back after about an hour and they were just finishing cleaning our room. The cleaner asked me if we were going to leave earlier the next day so she could get in and clean. I explained that we checked out the next day so we would be gone by 11:00. She said ok. The next morning we received a knock on the door before 9 am even though we had the do not disturb sign out asking when we were leaving so they could clean the room. My husband told her we would be out by 11:00 which was check out time. Our flight left later in the day so we had them hold our luggage. The man that helped with the luggage was not friendly or nice and had a very negative attitude. In fact in all of our coming and goings no one ever said "hello" or "welcome" or anything. The bright spot was a lady that worked the counter who always had a smile and who was always friendly and nice. I was excited to stay here but probably wouldn't recommend after this visit.

The staff was incredible. Everyone was very kind and accommodated all of our needs. I had a surprise engagement for my now fiancé during our trip, and once the staff knew about this they did everything in their power to make our stay as special as possible. They even delivered complimentary champagne with a few chocolate covered strawberries the day of the proposal! Very pleased and will definitely be back.

Staff told me that everything was paid for. They said that I needed to put down a $300 deposit, and that it was gonna get returned, it was not. They charged me an additional $150. These fees were not disclosed at the time of booking.
