Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in was very easy. The room was decorated beautifully. We had a breath taking view of the ocean from the balcony. We recommend this hotel to family and friends .

Staff is friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and nice, my daughter loved the bunk bed. Only downside side was being blindsided by a $50 charge to my cc, which they explained to me was an amenities fee for the pool, sauna and bicycles (none of which I used).

Horrible service, heat don’t work, the management offered me more blankets while the unit won’t work, and they stated that it will be on me if I choose to leave. Bed sheet untouched, we didn’t end up staying, took me and my wife 2 hrs back forth drive mid night. Thx for the hospitality! Best of luck!
