Disliked: Amenities
Didn’t like location. Only bagels and coffee ,tea for breakfast. Not a friendly atmosphere. Tiny room. Not a well kept hotel!
Awful location, rooms are all concrete so it’s always very cold. No coffee, no water for guests, lights didn’t work and no staff on site the address that problem.
Outside of cleanliness of rooms - they have zero else to offer. Especially at what they charge.

The size of the room was decent. However, the bathroom basin was very small. Beds were comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood, 15 min walk to subway station and major shopping and dining area in Brooklyn. Light breakfast is available for free in the lounge. Great for a short stay in NYC.
At first i thought it didn’t have A/c because the room was so hot especially from outside until i looked by the door and it made everything easier keep the room nice and cool. It’s overall a nice hotel
This hotel was absolutely awful, especially given how expensive it was. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel—hard as a rock and left us both with back/neck pain. The room was so cramped and tiny we could barely move around the bed. Everything was broken/not working—the hairdryer, the iron, the TV, several of the plugs. I’ve never written a bad review of a hotel before but feel compelled to after this terrible experience. I would not recommend anyone waste their money here, ever.
Happy I only had to book this place for one night. The perfume they put in the air system is suffocating and smells like concentrated household cleaner. I left the next morning smelling like fabuloso cleaner because the perfume smell was so strong. The room renovations next door continued through the late night hours, so I had to blast a sound machine track to try to drown out some of the noise. The room was dusty. The size of the sink was laughably small. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’m generally very easy to please.
The room sheets were dirty and ripped . Had to get new ones and the blanket that they replaced it with all the cotton inside was balled up . It looked moldy .
