Room was not clean, hair balls from previous guest found on my bathroom floor, bed linens did smell clean. Only tea was provided in our room, you have to purchase coffee downstairs-the price of coffee changed by the day, and you have to pay additionally for a refill. I feel like we were catfished with the pictures and what our room really looked like.

This hotel worked perfect for our girls trip with 5 of us. Our flight came in really early and they let us leave our luggage until check in time. It isn’t the nicest hotel in New York but it was clean, safe, quiet, close to the subway and a few places to eat. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Times Square and the subway is at the end of the block. There is a police station next door. The beds were comfortable and I loved that the shower actually had pressure. For the price, I would stay here again.

We were really happy with our stay! The price absolutely matched the quality — which isn’t easy to find in New York. The location was perfect — close to the subway, restaurants, and main attractions, but still quiet at night. Our room was spotless, modern. The beds were big and super comfortable, with fresh linens and great pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again — great value for the money!

Bad service the place is ok, no big deal, but the receptionists and managers are inhumane, I had a dat error problem and asked to cancel or change the date 15 days in advance and I was treated very badly and they did not have any kind of empathy, I will never come back or recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel in New York this weekend, and everything was excellent. The service, cleanliness, and attention were top-notch. The security was also very good; at one point, we were talking a bit loudly, and they came to let us know about the noise, but they did it in a very respectful and professional way. I understand they handled it correctly. Overall, everything was excellent — truly excellent.

There is construction in front so you have to walk through a dark alleyway to get from broadway. The room was listed as 240 ft square but was not and the bathroom was tiny, it did have two queens. It served the purpose for sleeping but I would not recommend

The front of the hotel is not safe this time due to construction and there’s scaffolding which is why the walkway in going out to the 8th Avenue is dark specially the night. Upon check in things are missing from what I saw in the property details like slippers, coffee maker is broken that’s why the next day I requested coffee maker .
