Friendly Staff, But Needs Better Upkeep
The staff at Wyndham Super 8 Brooklyn were friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement. I had to request a change of sheets, and while they quickly resolved it by offering me a new room (which was better), I think more attention to upkeep would make a big difference.
Worst bed I’ve every slept in all my life, the television wasn’t working and I called the front desk to inform them about it an no one came, the bathroom wasn’t clean properly. Ppl spending money not picking it from tree…… my my do better man
When I saw the pics of this property, I was like looking good but when I got there, it was horrible. The rooms were dirty, lots of cockroaches, it had a terrible scent and the surrounding areas was like a dump. I in my right mind cannot recommend there for anyone to stay.
Clean room. Front desk guy was very nice. Only thing they don’t have a parking lot. Street parking was not easy to find.

I booked room here for 2 days, but I have decided to find something else for the next night, bcoz this property is next to railroad. It is so noisy. They don't have parking space on site. So I found it inconvenient as I had to park it far and have to walk with all my luggage bags. I won't recommend to stay for at least one day here.
It was convenient to go to a concert at forest hills. This ghetto area was scarey at first but after a while we went to a local market and people were nice.
Checked in but had to check out almost immediately due to the fact the Room was extremely dirty
There were stains on the bed sheets, chair, and floor. In addition mold was present in the air conditioning vents
I contacted Expedia to see about a possible refund and did get one. They got in contact with Jay at the front desk and he honored the refund without any hesitation which I appreciated
