This is a studio space and the building includes 2 lounges( large and small café), a gym, beautiful rooftop, game room and movie theatre ( for an additional fee).



Guest Access:

Guest has access to the gym, rooftop, game room and lounges.

Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home

Devices do not record audio

Sustained noise over 80 dB inside the home for 5+ minutes triggers alerts

Repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal





Parties & Guests

No parties or events

Only registered guests are permitted

Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund
