The decor is nothing fancy. That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even called me on the morning of my stay to inform me that they had reserved a parking spot for me in the garage adjacent to the hotel. My room was small & spotless with a faint smell of cleaning products, and I enjoyed a quiet night’s sleep on a on a firm mattress. I would stay there again should the need arise.

Good little no-nonsense, clean, hotel with comfy beds, large room and nice bath. Very friendly staff. Downsides were no bedside table lamp so the lights were either completely on or pitch dark - not ideal for traveling with my mother when one of us wanted to read at night before going to sleep. No cable TV so no news channels (???) And the heating was intense - the room was at 79 degrees when we arrived and I had to turn it all the way off but the heating made lots of noise the whole time (we stayed in January). Also no restaurant. But it was a good location for us near family in Astoria, will definitely stay again.

Parking is iffy its street parking unless you want to pay to park , the neighborhood is lively all night until about3 am. The room was nice size bed was horrible i felt the springs in my back, the shower can be heard from next door. If you turn on a faucet you can hear it loud.

The front desk staff was nice, they helped us change our room when we requested it, but the rest of our stay was terrible. The thermostat in both of our rooms didn't work properly, it was hot like a sauna no matter what we tried. Also the entire hotel smelled like very strong chemical janitorial cleaners. Lastly, the floor in our room had a very dangerous crack, you could slice your foot in it if you were not careful. Oh, and the TV didn't work at all.

We arrived at hotel after canceled flight, at 6am, with kid, very tired, haven't slept for 24 hour. Receptiontist was very kind, cleaned room by himself and let us in half an hour, even thou the check was at 3pm. Room was nice, bathroom, sheets, clean, beautiful view from window, we could see Manhattan. He explained us how to easily get to subway and reach Times square, get us charger, give us free drinkd..I will not forget this kindness and humanity, especially after very bad experience at airport. Thank you! ❤️

Easy check in - room and bedding very basic but clean with small refrigerator, microwave, hot pot. Clean bathroom with very hot shower water. No frills, basic lodging in part of Queens that has few hotels - would stay again when needed.
