We liked the vibe of the place. Beautiful atrium. Excellent jazz club. We also liked the location in lower Manhattan rather than mid-town.

Great size for an nyc hotel room. Love Tribeca. Restaurant is lovely. The band is super loud though and had terrible getting to sleep. Also they shut their water off the morning of my departure so I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth!!! The front desk did nothing. I did not pay $1000 a night to not face water

The hotel is in a great location… Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and polite and kind and seemed genuinely excited about doing their job… Which is incredible considering that the hotel was sold out for the weekend very busy at a very busy time of year and everybody was lovely and pleasant. Colette at the front desk… Katie in the Roxy club and bar… Timothy has a bartender at the oyster bar and Derek and Roger as front doorman and luggage assistance.

Room is very dated. Hasn’t been touched in 30 plus years. And they hand you two bottles of water when you check in as if you really feel like carrying water up to your room with your luggage. At $1000 a night the complementary water should be in the room not something you need to carry.
