The hotel is fine as a building. The front desk was great. The older gentlemen in the lobby was a charming representative of Harlem itself. The “restaurant” was not well run. Service was wack and they just didn’t seem to care about the diners it was about the bar. That is fine but then don’t make it a restaurant too because it’s not being run like anyone actually cares.

My two sons and I stayed for a night. Perfect location. Close by all the shops. Check in process was nice and easy. Staff were very professional and friendly.
