The entire hotel has tile floor. We heard the elevator, walking, talking, luggage rolling all hours of the night. The cleaning service folded our towels off the floor and put them back for reuse. Not sanitary. When toilet paper was gone we had to go find someone to get us more. To get water bottles staff had to be behind the desk(behind plexiglass/wall). When we returned from work at 10pm there was no staff to be found so we were unable to get water. The neighborhood is run down. Overall it was unpleasant and we’d never stay again.

I arrived at 5AM after a 9 hour ride on Amtrak from Virginia. I was so happy to find the hotel very well lit, clean, and the attendant was friendly. I shared my positive experience on tiktok and the video has more views than any of my other videos. This will be my goto hotel whenever I travel to my hometown, Brooklyn, NY.

Cleanliness is less than desirable. The crazy part is that the hotel is new but the place was already dirty. The floors had not been cleaned in a long time. My white socks were gray after a few minutes of wearing them in the room. The worst part was how loud the place was. No acoustics between the corridor and the rooms. People were very loud starting at 6am. We also had an ice machine RIGHT OUTSIDE of our bedroom. I didn't realize how often those were used until our first time at this Ramada. We got woken up by really loud noise coming from it every couple of hours. Cleaning staff also was not careful at closing doors / being quiet in the morning as their started their shift. I'm glad the place was affordable but you would have to pay me to stay there again. Oh and I forgot to mention that we checked in around 11PM and had to wait 20 MINUTES before anybody greeted us to check us in. That is not normal service.

No early check in no luggage storage and no lobby to wait till check in so I spent 3 hours hanging out at the airport before heading to hotel. It was fine for an inexpensive overnight stay near the cruise terminal. Ordered dinner via Uber eats as I wasn't comfortable walking alone in the area. Guess there is a reason the desk clerks are locked behind bulletproof barrier.

The room is not sound proof and so loud with noise from the hallway. It was hard to communicate with the front desk clerk. For the area we were in, it was fairly clean. The floors were sticky from their cleaner.

If you're looking to explore Brooklyn as a borough, this could be budget friendly option for you. The hotel is brand new, but lacks laundry and has some unsightly workmanship in the construction. Nothing major, just cosmetic. This is a safer working class neighborhood with a 24hr laundry, the Prospect Park Q & B station and a well stocked Western Beef Supermarket nearby. The free breakfast provided is your basic continental variety, but could use more protien options besides yogurt. The AC and in-room fridge stayed cold & there was plenty of hot water in the shower.

Poor value for money

Rooms curtains too small so light came into the room. Breakfast room next door so noisy from staff setting up early and people going for breakfast. Not healthy options other than a banana or apple.

Internet fast enough. Air conditioning was comfortable. Room was not clean. Shower drain filthy. No way to make res with front desk. They send you to 3rd party. Breakfast fare okay, but space way too small. Sticky floors indicate negligence. Front desk staff hard to understand. Convenient location but price too high!
