As far as sleep, it was good however when it came to putting away our clothes, they should add dressers and hangers to hang clothes. The heater was on all day and set to a very high temperature, (almost 80•F). We asked to lower it but when they did, it went back up to what it was originally. Also the room card kept deactivating so it got pretty frustrating to keep going to the main office to get our card re-activated. Other than that, the place was very clean.

I needed a place to stay after I missed my connection at JFK. Nova Hotel was a surprise. Quiet and comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. There was an unpleasant odor of marijuana in the lobby.

The property has everything you need and it is close to a metro station that get's you in manhattan area in 35 minutes. Close by there restaurant that you can walk to and shops.
