When I first booked this hotel back in July, it had quite a few mixed reviews. I can honestly say you won’t regret booking here. Every front desk staff member was friendly and sweet. Wonderful location to see the sights and get around NYC - very close subway and lots of stores / eating places close by as well! The bed was comfy and lots of channel choices on the tv. Had a mini fridge in room which was very nice - had to go to the service room to use a microwave downstairs - which also offered hot water / hot drinks. Also had a water/ ice machine which was very nice.
