The rooms are very, very small. You can hear the noise outside. The bathroom is so small that you can’t get into the shower unless you closed the door. If you brush your teeth a You can’t been down to rinse your mouth because your head will hit the mirror it so small the sink is so tiny. The tv doesn’t have many channel to watch.

Desk Staff was courteous, toilet deeds to be kept oder free and the bathroom needs to be properly sealed from escaping water when showering also room attendant should taught NOT TO ENTER ROOMS when there is a do no Disturb sign on doors. Everything else was pleasant, anyways we had noise free nights/zone. It was comfortable.

The Staff was nice but going into my room i didnt have any working lights! I brought my own for photography purposes but i never intended on using it as a night light. The only source of light i got from my room was either from the sun or the little bit of light that peaks out from the bathroom next to the front door. A lot of people will say the surrounding area is unsafe but its really not you’re just in a black neighborhood. Besides that everything was fine but like i said the light fixture in my room was completely gone and if i didnt bring my own light source i wouldve have been in almost complete darkness when the sun went down.

Terrible part of town. I was denied check-in for being under 21, yet was still able to book. Once I got there, the man at the counter told me he would issue a refund. I contact Expedia to get said refund. Days go by and come back with nothing. Nightmare travel experience in the sketchiest part of Brooklyn.

Room was small but not necessarily dirty…the fire alarm was hanging out of the wall and there was no A/C, but the staff was friendly and I had a place to lay my head. Felt safe, was good for the price I paid.

The room was quite small but very clean The man at the front desk was insisting that he wanted a security deposit of $50 even though we had paid the full room price over two weeks ago. He finally gave up on the idea. We were told when we booked that off street parking was available for $35. The check in guy knew nothing about it and said on street parking was our only option.
