I arrived earlier than check and fine I paid $55 at 12:30 pm. Then to walk in the room none of the sockets worked, no remote control for the tv, no wash clothes in the bathroom or hand towels and, the shower was leaking out onto the towel paper. I complained they moved me to another room with a child sized tv and the shower did the same thing. In the morning we were woken up by the guest eating breakfast and talking loudly. I drove 13 hours and have to drive 13 hours back to be woken up both days ass early. I was not happy or satisfied by the size or the experience.

AC/ heating unit did not work. Had to unplug it when room got too hot. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. Had to call several times to get clean room. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. Furniture very dated and chipped, paint chipped. Trash underneath the beds.

Bathroom looked like a walk in closet. Concierge could have acknowledged me instead of having to say something to him first. (Phone distraction). Breakfast and the size of the breakroom was not good. The breakfast staff were good. Overall the vibe of the place felt dirty, crowded and jammed in. I could tell right away that the people that had rooms were living there. I could be wrong... but it felt as so.
