False advertisement!!!!!! 1. The parking lot attendant doesn’t speak English. 2. Receptionists were very unfriendly. I felt like I was checking in to a cheap motel and NOT a hotel. 3. The rooms are cold, the windows are not well sealed and are covered with ceiling to floor curtains to mask the windows poor conditions and cold draft. I had to set the temperature to 80 degrees in the room to feel comfortable. 4. The hotel advertises a terrace, there is NO terrace. There is a back door exit with what they call a patio but it’s really a ramp with a smoking area. I specifically booked this room for the terrace so I was HIGHLY disappointed. 5. Not to mention it was raining and ALL of the floors throughout the building were wet with no one to clean them up. NEVER AGAIN !

Room was in fine condition. I wish I knew there wouldn’t be at least a mini fridge but that’s alright. My main drawback was throughout the night the guests were loud. I wish there was some kind of quiet hours posting. I really did not get much if any sleep
