Feedback on My Stay - Hyatt Regency

Dear Hyatt Regency JFK Team,
I recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to share my honest feedback. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I've come to expect from Hyatt properties worldwide.
The room condition was quite poor and did not reflect a world-class or luxury experience. The walls had several scratches, the wallpaper around the toilet was peeling, and there were noticeable cracks on the walls. The AC grill and shower area had visible mold, and the hair dryer was dusty and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time.
Overall, the room felt as though it had not been properly maintained.
I have stayed at several Hyatt hotels before and have always had excellent experiences. However, this stay was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. I truly hope management can address these maintenance and hygiene issues promptly, as this property has the potential to be much better.
