Staff was pleasant and capable. Location was great- near a ton of good restaurants. But the room’s windows opened onto the hallway. There was no place to hang clothing. The sink backed up with each use. And the water from the tap was undrinkable - it made me sick.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. At least four other times this year and aware this is not a five star hotel. It is what it is but his time....I was/am not happy. The heat in the room did not work. when I told the front desk there was no offer of a room change or apology. I was handed a large card board box with a space heater. I asked for it to be brought to my room and set up while I go to dinner and I was told they don't have someone to do that. I asked for it to at least be unwrapped. The TV did not work at all and the shades in the room were broken and would not go up. When I checked out I reminded them of the no heat and it was met with ambivalence.
