Great location just a block off Times Square. For being so close to everything the hotel was quiet. Every staff member we encountered was very kind, helpful and pleasant easily one of our top pics whenever we go to the city.

Issues with the Thermostat, we had a suite and the thermostat in the couch area worked just fine. The one in the bed area, we couldnt get the thermostat to properly heat the room. We arrived and it read 53. The toilet needs attention with the constant water on and off. Overall the room was clean and partly functionable.
