I’ve stayed here twice without issue but can understand some of the more negative reviews. The building is aging and there’s some signs of wear. My room was on the second floor this time around and you could notice signs of water damage from the past in the corner of the room. The bed was comfortable and clean along with the rest of the room. The area is quiet and I didn’t hear anything during my stay. For the money you can do much worse. My one peeve was I wanted to store my luggage with them for a few hours and their system for that was just giving guests approval to do so in the lobby. No ticket or anything. It didn’t feel secure so I stored mine down the block at a bodega through the Radical Storage app.

When checking in a male staff member at the front desk told me and wrote the wrong room number on the envelope that contained the room keys. Finally when the room number was corrected he was rude and room given wasn’t the one I paid for.
