It's terrible that they rent a room right below the breakfast area. A hotel is supposed to be a place to rest, for various reasons (travel or work), but I couldn't rest on Sunday morning because of the noise from upstairs. It was a realy bad experience.

My only problem was house keeping came knocking on my door @ 9 in the morning they didn’t get any answer because I was sleeping upon that they entered my room with me inside this should not have happened when my check out time is 11

This was our first stay of the new year. There's a lot of places to stay in Queens but this is the hidden gem. Staff is super friendly, always clean, and although its right off the highway its a quiet area.

Stayed here for four nights and everything was great. The staff were friendly, housekeeping did a great job, and breakfast was really good. Overall a very comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
