We loved our stay and the staff was very professional and nice. The rooms are a bit small but its NYC so cant really judge it by the size. They also do not have an airport shuttle for JFK. Only for LaGuardia. Breakfast was very good and coffee hot and ready 24hr. all was great i do recommend them.

Don't expect to find any nearby restaurants. Breakfast was adequate, I can't complain. Building seems quite new in great condition but a bit institutional looking. Front desk people helpfully. Staffed 24 hrs. I'd go back again.
