Great stay minus the problems with the elevators. Thankfully they got fixed before my stay ended but it was pretty annoying to climb 14 flights the one day. Otherwise it was great. Lovely area.

The manager was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival and the staff were all friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom were comfortable and roomy enough for us. The lobby was a great place to hang out with friends in between outings. Convenient location for where we needed to be (Long Island City, Astoria and Manhattan). We will definitely return.

The staff were so great, and always went above and beyond. The location is perfect for popping into the city and there’s a subway station only a block away. To get into midtown it would take me only about 12 minutes. And I loved all the local food options nearby - food halls, grocery stores, cafes and bars all right there beneath the hotel. Things to note: it’s on a busy intersection that’s a little confusing at first but once you get your bearings it’s not too bad. Noisy if you open the window but I didn’t mind. I wish the hotel offered free coffee in the morning and that their water dispenser worked better (to fill up water bottles). I was grateful they had it but it was a trickle.
