The facility is so expensive but the room feels like you borrowed a friend's living room in the projects to crash. The carpets & chairs are old, worn and dirty, the room amenities are limited, the lobby lacks any clean and welcoming seating space, The customer service agent who checked me in was accommodating

This hotel is close to JFK and they have their processes down to a science, especially for travelers! The front desk staff was wonderful (both evening and morning). The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet --exactly what I needed for the one night. No frills (but I will say there was a big tv screen in there). Coffee in the lobby. I did not have breakfast only because it was too early for me to eat when I left but they did have some carry with bags with bagels and fruit I think--I saw a family getting some from the desk. The shuttle ran regularly. The hotel itself is a bit older and could use a refresh, but it was absolutely fine.

This property has several infrastructure issues. Our room at a very bad visual crack that appeared to be from water damage in the past. We continue to hear water dripping but was not able to locate site until morning of flight when I woke up to my clothes soaked.

The shuttle is not going to the terminals and as a person with many bags and family it is not workable to me to be dropped or picked from the central station and then taking the train again to the terminals. It cost me a big amount to use taxis on the two ways

There’s massive construction happening nearby. The rooms appeared dusty causing my allergies to act up. The staff were ok. The breakfast needed a few more options but it was tasty. My stay was very brief so I didn’t use the gym
