Cannot say anything bad about this place, ticked every box. Clean, staff were great and easy access to the subway, great to have a kitchen and a big fridge. Loved it, when we go back we will definitely be looking to book here again.

Everything was great. Great choice for families with lots of space for New York compared to other hotels we have visited. Massive amount of storage for clothes and luggage. Two bathrooms, great facilities for laundry and the kids could play pool or ping pong whilst they were waiting. Would highly recommend. Easy location close to subway and ferries to get about.

Great location, much quieter than midtown yet easy access to the subway network so could get everywhere quickly. Rooms were great - we had a 4-bedroom unit which was perfect for a couple and 3 teenagers. Lots of eateries and bars nearby. Next to piers for ferries to Staten Island and uptown along the East River. Half a mile walk from Brooklyn Bridge as well, perfect for a stroll if the rest of the family are asleep and you want to stretch your legs. Only minor quibble is that the rooms weren’t cleaned or serviced during our stay. This is an “on request” service which we requested but were told it was already booked but they would come the next day, but they didn’t. In future I’d pre-book it for halfway through the stay. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend

Great location and great staff - thank you very much for the desk that was delivered to my room 20 minutes after I asked for it! Rooms are reasonably convenient. The only negative is the bathroom - would appreciate more convenient shower room.
