6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service
I liked the staff, the location and the fact that breakfast was included in the room stay but seeing two small roaches (or whatever was the insect) near the oatmeal two days in a row was concerning, grossed me out and definitely should not have been near food. The cleanliness and disinfecting in the kitchen and food area will need to be increased!

Great hotel! Exceptionally clean hotel with a fantastic bar on offer too! The room was a bit tight but overall this didn’t affect us at all as we were simply using it as a place to sleep rather than spending loads of time in there. The breakfast was pretty simple, but certainly did the job and made a start to the day of exploring NYC so much smoother. Would definitely stay here again!
