I had a decent stay but the bathroom sliding door kept getting stuck, I was stuck in the bathroom for a very long time. Other than that the balcony room was amazing !!

I called a day prior to put a request in for early check in. I told them I was coming to New York to celebrate my birthday. They decorate my room with balloons and a cute towel cake. Lobby and room was clean. And the parking garage is very short walk. 10/10

The room was cold even with the heat on. The gentleman that checked me at the front desk when I first got there was a DESHEVELED MESS and "recited" something about the hotel from a card. The room's fit and finishes left something to be desired. The pillows were hard and the pillow cases were stiff. Overall NO BUENO.

Upon arriving, the lobby is very well kept and gives you a nice welcoming feeling. The rooms of course are in the smaller side due to it being located in lower manhattan this is not very surprising. However, it was just enough and mostly everything was well kept and clean. The only complaint about the room is that the shower could’ve used a bit more cleaning from the guests that were previously there. Some grime and small hairs were visible. Other than that I’d say it was a good place to stay. Probably the best part of this hotel is its location. The main subways to go uptown or Times Square is right in front and walking distance from necessities like grocery stores. Overall I would recommend this place and will likely come back when in town again.
