The staff was couterous and professional. The general manager was in the dining room and went out of his way to talk to the guest and to make sure their stay was satisfactory. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and well stocked. I am always grateful to have breakfast included in the hotel rate. The food was good-you cant expect fine dining, but it was plentiful and had a variety choices. The staff in the dining room, kept everything well stocked. One the last day of my stay, the breakfast was the best. The potatoes, eggs, and sausage were cooked very well. The room was a little too warm for me but I guess thats better than being too cold. I would have liked some type of soap dish for the bar soap on the sink. The room is small but for me & spouse it was okay, can't image more than 2 adults in a room. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. It was a great location for us because it was close to our daughters house so we could walk it to her apt. I would stay there again.

Check-in was awful. I was put in a basement room, it was dark and on the same floor as the cafeteria with minimal WiFi, and that was with the hotel provided WiFi. The room I got was nothing like the picture of what I paid for. I called the front desk to discuss it, and was told it was an Expedia problem. I got what I paid for. I could not move to another floor because they were all booked. It was the worst stay. Loud from the second we got there until we left. We were near the elevator, cafeteria, and cleaning staff. So disappointed.
