Communication is awful. Don’t expect check in or check out instructions like most VRBO stays. It says AC but know that it is a whole building heat/cool process. So if you are traveling on shoulder season when then temps vary, you will be uncomfortable. Other than that, place does to job. Sufficient room, centrally located. There are some tweaks they could make to improve the overall experience, but nothing major to be concerned about. Stayed with my spouse and two teens, and the space worked out fine.
