How does this happen....

This was VERY disappointing. I get there to check in at 730 pmand they tell me the hotel is closing and the rooms have minimal accomodations! I did not choose to stay. I needed to find another place at 730pm to stay for the night. This is very unacceptable and how does Hotels.com not know this....I received no prior communications that this was happening. This is the second time in the past few months that something of great magnitude has taken place...things that are huge when you are traveling.

There was hair on our toilet but other that that the room was fine. A little small for my taste but fine. Also, there could've been more meat options for breakfast and fruit.

I like that it was clean and the staff were polite. I did not like that the internet was on and off. I had to go to the cellar to do my conference. Even when I was there, the internet got interrupted during my meeting.
