The entire hotel smelled of cleaning products. Very overpowering and awful. Security was lax.garage access door was propped open. Bathroom toilet leaked and had no ventilation. Front desk was very friendly.

Terrible stay. Hotel don’t advertise that first floor is basement. I could not sleep and saw people’s fits in the window and cars weels. Breakfast muffins was steal. Hotels should be penalized for dirty carpets and withholding information from customers. Staying in half basement room is not acceptable.

Asked them to extend my stay over the phone and they said ok but they never did and end up on basement room. Received call 1 am from front desk asking where did I park my car even I filled the car form. It is unacceptable when you come to hotel and need to sleep at least 4-5 and you receive disturbing call at 1am

Serves its purpose and seemed to be more up to date to comparable stays nearby. Seemed safe and the off street parking was convenient. The breakfast could use some work (but then again it was free, but we passed)
