I booked through Expedia and did not know that there would be a deposit holding fee. No hidden charges should mean no hidden charges because what if I did not have extra for them to hold for a few days? The toilet seat cover did not stay up. The staff was a little dismissive. The ice machine did not work. The hotel is a tad dated.

Nice hotel and great staff. Unfortunately the proximity to the highway makes the rooms unbearably loud - all night long. Having lived in many large cities in my life, I’m not particularly sensitive to noise when I sleep, but unfortunately I found it difficult to get any rest. It really does sound like you are sleeping outside, two feet away from the road. It’s a shame, because overall the hotel was fine. Just be aware of this one shortcoming in case you are sensitive to that sort of thing. As a bonus, this hotel does have an actual parking lot which can be a rare commodity in these parts.

When the first checked in the first room the fridge was not working, the second room the a/c was not working then the front desk agent tried to fix it which it was blowing air but not cooling properly. We are in the first floor so we couldn’t even open the windows for security reasons. The ice machine was broken we notified the agent and he was very rude and unprofessional. Management is also no help had the audacity to tell me everything was working I didn’t know you stayed in that room. Booked for two days and only stayed 1. Do not stay here
