The room was in good condition and the staff was friendly, however, the bed was uncomfortable and we could hear all the highway noise. It’s close to JFK international airport and it has free parking. It’s a small lot, but we were able to find spaces for 2 cars.

I have a family emergency and I was talking to the front desk at the hotel about trying to leave and get a partial refund for the days that I will not be staying. I have to go back to Canada and they were not how far at all so I am looking to see if you guys at Expedia can accommodate me somehow because I’m an Expedia member I book a lot of different trips and stays and I have a family emergency and I have to get back to Canada too And I would really appreciate it if I can get back my money for the days that I will not be staying or at least be accommodated for somewhat of my partial payments so if you guys could please get back to me that would be really appreciated.
