Bedding, towels, staff all very wonderful. Condition of the building, not so great. Problems with water pressure, lights not working, elevator felt like a death trap. Windows are screwed shut... Scary if there were to be a fire. They put lipstick on a pig and called it a darling. But it's NYC... I guess that's what you get for visiting a over marketed place. Let me just say that the staff was really the highlight of this hotel. Very nice people.

The noise from the street was so loud it was very hard to sleep at night. Also the air conditioning was also loud, so I had to just turn it off. Otherwise, the room was clean and ok, but this is not a four star hotel as it was marketed.

Very convient to Times Square and Broadway. Room is perfect for essentials of sleep and shower. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside is the noise at night with the pedicabs until 12-1am.
