Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and shower were great. Room needed some deep cleaning though - sticky arms on the chair, some crumbs underneath the radiator that were attracting ants.

I have never had such a friendly staff. They were super excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed no biscuits and gravy but will definitely stay again and our friends saw it and will too.

The room was nice and had ample towels. I liked that there were blankets in the room in case you needed them. The staff was helpful but didn't hover. The breakfast was very nice and even left out longer than the expected time which was nice for families. Parking was super close and easy.

Nothing spectacular, but a clean, reasonably priced room in New Ulm. Room was contemporary and comfortable. We were disappointed that the television was limited to cable (no access to Netflix, etc.). The AC was ice cold - in fact, a bit too cold! Breakfast was standard self-serve breakfast fare. Overall, a 3.5, we’d likely stay there again if we found ourselves in New Ulm.

It was a great experience for a minimalist! The room was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. The blackout curtain was shredded and letting some light through. The floor was not carpeted, rather it was a laminate floor. There was no box of Kleenex. The breakfast was okay but nothing special.
