"A horrible check in was remediated with an eventual satisfactory outcome. For this location you must call if you’re arriving late. We were told prior that we did not need to call as we prepaid and to “ just add a note to our Expedia reservation” when we did arrive late we found our prepaid room was given to someone else. Tanner, who was handling the front desk cleaned another room so thoroughly, that it was perfect. He apologized continuously but he was not at fault. The next day the assistant manager Ross ( who we had spoken to on the phone) apologized, said he was comping our room, and sending us a certificate for a stay anywhere in the U.S I did have to call Expedia to have them get the refund for our room, and contact customer service regarding our certificate but we did get both. Kudos to Tanner, who cleaned for over an hour to give us a restful sleep."
