The hotel was nice. I stayed 2 nights. I only have two complaints. They did not clean my room or replace used towels for my second night and the breakfast needs to start earlier.
Thermostat was set to 60 degrees when we entered the room. Despite the cold, the room reaked of mold and wet dog. Humidity hung heavy in the air, every surface was sticky, and all exposed metal was rusty. Showering was like skating on ice. The TV had multiple vertical lines running through the picture on every channel and the alarm clock radio did not work.
Never stay at this hotel!!! Was not as advertised.
First room - filthy hadn't been cleaned. Second room wasn't much better. No working ice machine. Refrigerator in the room wasn't working. Tried to charge me for a second day because their records showed we had not checked out and we had checked out around 9:00 a.m. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. With all the problems with the rooms, they offered no financial rebate on the final bill.
Mold smell in room. A friend of ours had the same issue, plus rusty refrigerator and dirty sheets/bathroom. Ours wasn’t as bad, thank goodness. Will not be staying again

Floor damp at entrance almost fell, lighting very poor multiple bulbs out, toilet seat broke, crumbs and rings beside bed and on desk, front of refrigerator nasty, old used towel under sink in bathroom from previous customers obvious nothing had been wiped down when room was cleaned

First of all the elevator went out. Then the room smelled real strong with some kind of cleaner at first as if they were masking a sour smell. Like wet carpet. The shower didn’t work, you could only take a bath.It drained very slow and a big spider web in the corner of the room.
Upon walking into our room the floor was so slick we almost slipped and fell. The room had a damp smell and made you feel sticky... The towels were old and hard. I can not recommend this to any one

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, except for checkout. No one was available. The AC was cold, but the tile floor would get slick if you turned the AC too high,.so the room has to stay cool. Also the AC was loud and made it hard to sleep.
Smelled horrible like mold. Tv didn’t work had a phone in there tried to call front deck and phone didn’t even work. Will never stay there again.

The hotel was overbooked after I had already made reservations weeks ahead. I received a phone call 5 minutes upon arrival to advise me that they were overbooked. The receptionist were as helpful as they could be. The manager refused to come to the hotel to answer any questions. There were several customers without rooms. There were not enough towels in the rooms. One guest room had blood on their sheets and they were told they had no sheets to replace them. There were spit balls on the ceiling and mold in the bathroom of one guest room. They were told there was nothing they could do about. I spoke with the manager on the phone and he claimed he had only taken over the hotel a week ago and had no idea the hotel was in this condition and that they had overbooked. There were no hotels within 30 minutes with available rooms. This was a complete nightmare. We had 9 guest. I booked 2 rooms and 1 was available. We had to put air mattresses that we purchased in the 1 room because we had no where else to go. I was very upset and disappointed with this hotel.
The motel was the worst I've ever had to stay in. The rooms were supplied with NOTHING. No phones in the entire building worked. The elevator didn't work. There was no coffee in the whole building. The staff was doing the best they could, but had so many complaints they couldn't keep up. Soiled linens, and when we asked for different ones, we were told there were no clean ones available at that time.
Upon arrival I was told they overbooked and I had no room. I booked 6 weeks in advance. They offered a king room, which I accepted. The room was covered in mold. I asked to see manager. He refused to return to property or speak to me on phone. The staff on all shifts were very nice. There were many people who had no room. The elevator stopped working. We were on 2nd floor but more elderly were on 3rd having to carry luggage down stairs. My son had booked a room several days after me. His room had no blankets on beds and no towels. He was given comforters for the beds and hand towels because they were out of regular towels. It takes 4 handtowels for a man over 6 feet tall to dry off after a shower. The manager was supposed to be in by 7:30 the next morning. He hadn't shown up by 8:03 when I checked out. We came to town for the rodeo, which was 40 minutes away. There were no rooms any closer. My son drove from FL. I wrote a statement for the manager with my email and phone number. I have not been contacted. My pictures don't really do this horror justice.
