2-Home Private Compound | Retreats & Groups

Two homes on 31 private acres in New Paltz, NY, just two hours from NYC, completely yours, and unlike anything else in the Hudson Valley. One is a unique dome home, originally designed by French architects, with floor-to-ceiling glass and an open and inviting floor plan. The other is a spacious Victorian home with room for everyone to spread out or snuggle up next to the fireplace. Together they sleep up to 18.

Our space works perfectly for a small retreat, focused team offsite, a wedding party, a celebration, or a long weekend with the people you`ve been meaning to gather. Both homes have dedicated workspaces and fast WiFi.

The property also features two hot tubs, a sauna, a creek cold plunge, and a four-person hyperbaric chamber. There is a covered outdoor dining deck that seats 20. You`ll also discover a piano, a pool table, guitars, art supplies, walking trails and a vegetable garden. Evenings are great for gathering by the fire and sharing time with each other.

New Paltz village is ten minutes away with great restaurants, shops, and world-class rock climbing at the Gunks.

Full access to both homes and all outdoor spaces. Hyperbaric chamber available for an additional fee. No shoes inside.
