The staff was friendly on initial walkin. After checkin I was notified that there wasnt hotel parking and needed to us street parking for an o er night stay. It took 25 minutes to park in a praking garage down the street. When returning back to the hotel for the night we were told the elevator didnt work. Having to walk up 5 flights of stairs was not in the plans after a long day and evening.

The hotel wasn’t quite what I’m used to, but since I only needed a few hours, I decided to go ahead with the reservation. We arrived pretty late and parked in front of the hotel to quickly unload our bags. Almost immediately, the security guard came out and told us we couldn’t park there. We understood, but we were only there briefly to check in. Once we got to the room, everything was fine overall. The only issue was with the bathroom sink — the water stream splashed everywhere instead of flowing in a steady stream. Other than that, the stay served its purpose for the short time we needed.

The AC worked really well. The only problem I had was that the only window opened into the hallway. We parked nearby in a self-parking was garage- which was a good bit cheaper than hotel parking.

It was a nice quiet hotel the downside was there was this odor in the room no matter how much air freshener I sprayed the smell was there. It smells like their water source comes from the bayous. If it wasn’t for that smell I would come again but that is a big No for me and I will not stay there again unfortunately

Great staff! Got there at 6 in the morning and had the security guy help me park my car in their parking garage. Which is super hard and small to park in.

Housekeeping is only by request which was not explained until day two of my stay. The staff was often on their phone and not paying attention to standing customers at the desk. The security guards tried to do their job however there was still yelling in the lobby that was disruptive to us in our rooms at 2 AM in the morning. The rooms themselves were clean yet very awkward with interior rooms and no windows except to an atrium with no light just the public hallway.

The property was in a good location for this city. However it has no windows in the rooms. My room had to be switched because it flooded. It was a smell of sewer that woke me and my family up. Was not a bad hotel just never been to a hotel that dint have windows in the room so there was no sunlight just room

I really believe i got my moneus worth. It was realky clean and the staff were nice. Its in a great location for the price. I was literally less than 5 mins (walking) from everything. I'll choose this place again.
