The king bed appeared to broken towards the top of the bed. We had to lay at the bottom to get some sort of comfort. When sitting on the couch, we saw rodent droppings which I have a picture of. Also, we didn’t like that there wasn’t any guest representative on site to voice our concerns. I sent a reply to an email that the hotel sent pertaining the bed and I have yet to have a response regarding both issues.

Location to convention center was great. Cleanliness was fair. AC worked good. NO ice maker or ice machine on premises. Safety concern with doors being rigged to not lock on 2 nights. We removed the safety pin to ensure safety. Supposedly a maintenance person was coming to check.

The rooms were modern and large. The area was a little skech, but right next to the convention center. There is not "staff" at the property. I never once saw a housekeeper/cleaning crew and almost evey day the elevatirs smelled of weed and people were making noise all night long

No help or accountability

I had a terrible experience with this booking. Upon arrival, I followed the emailed instructions to access the building and room using my unique passcode. When I entered the room, the TV was on, and another family’s belongings were scattered throughout. It was already occupied. I immediately left the room and tried contacting the host using the number provided, but it connected to a Roami company phone system, not an actual person. I also called Roami’s customer service number listed on their website, only to be met with an automated system that offered no real assistance. Out of options, I contacted Hotels.com (the site I booked through), but they informed me that nothing could be done since the property had a “no refund” policy. I was left stranded, forced to scramble for a last-minute hotel at my own expense. Neither Roami nor Hotels.com provided any help or accountability. I strongly caution others against booking with this property or through Roami. The lack of customer support and responsibility was extremely disappointing.

The Contact Person Was Not Responsive And They Change Company In The Middle Of The Stay And Still No Response. The A/C Wasn’t Fully Functioning For A Part Of The Stay But Couldn’t Get Any Assistance. No Front Desk Personnel. Area Designated For Items To Restock Was Empty For 90% Of The Time.

This was for my family. The price was phenomenal the experience that we had being there was one of space. As our children have gotten older it is harder to find a space that we all fit in comfortable. We visited at least 10 different locations from Florida to Texas and this offered us the most space

Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In

The description of this hotel is completely inaccurate. It says "an upscale hotel." There is NOTHING upscale about it. They don't let you check in early and when waiting in the lobby, it's VERY noisy the whole time. You can't heard the other person or take a call. There is disgusting rust and yellow goop caked along the bottom of mirrors on the kitchen sink. The mattress was the most uncomfortable one I've every slept in--when you sit on it, it literally falls to the bed frame. The curtain let the sun shine right onto the bed, waking me up at sunrise every morning, which was irritating. The towels are paper thin. And there was black hair all over the comforter (my hair is red). The only positive is the location to the convention center. You can't get new towels (unless you want to wash them yourself). I didn't sign up for doing laundry when staying at a hotel especially one that claims to be upscale. Biggest waste of money, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is ideal for the convention center and the communication without staff present was very impressive. However, you have to be ok with the noise level from the freeway that is literally above you. We also struggled a lot with the room temp as ventilation to the main bedroom was poor.
