We saw people playing in the pool early in the day so decided to go in the evening at 6. I took my family to the pool then went to the front desk for towels. When I got back to the pool my keycard didn’t work. The hotel staff came to tell us the pool was closed. There was no signage posted anywhere nor did she inform us at check in. On check out day when we tried to use our keycard around 9am it wasn’t working, check out is at 12pm. We checked out over a week ago and we still haven’t received the deposit back.

My stay at the Springhill suites was lovely . However , I was a little disappointed that the pool was" Closed for the season" . I've never heard of such a thing at a hotel. It was pretty hit would be nice to go swimming. Other than that a hotel was Clean, Safe and well situated.

Very disappointed

The shower was dirty, the room smelled like mold. The pillows smelled like sweat. Possible bed bug, we left with bites on legs & arms.
