When we arrived, we were told our room had been given away, even though we had paid for it through Expedia. They downsized us from a one bedroom to an efficiency, then tried to tell us it was the same cost. After much discussion, they offered a $34.00 refund. We noticed in the room only one nightstand for a king bed, the phone didn’t work, there was no shampoo or body wash in the shower (only hair conditioner). There were coffee supplies, but no coffee packets. The efficiency was so small, we had to turn sideways to pass each other at the foot of the bed. Also the closet had no door. We had to go to the front desk, or call by cellphone, to get everything we needed. Also we blew a bathroom fuse with just the light on & their hairdryer. We would not recommend this hotel, nor will we ever stay here again. There are too many very nice places to stay in New Orleans!!
