The hotel is very nice! The room was very spacious and cozy. The kitchenette was stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom shower was the highlight of the stay, and the bed was super comfortable. My only complaint is with the WiFi… I did not have WiFi two out of the three days I stayed. Unfortunately since the wifi was out, my television also didn’t work since it ran on internet connection. So I wasn’t able to watch tv or use my laptop during my stay. I also thought it was odd they don’t have ice machines on each hall, but they do offer bags of ice to guest in the lobby, until they run out... Other than that, very nice hotel and I would stay here again!

I vent been home in 18 yrs so it was fun exciting I walk in my room I was in heaven be for you knew it we had fried some chicken basic cook a meal in both rooms loved it and would have feed any only one who came over I never had a room like it everything was walk-able we enjoyed it I mostly enjoyed my little brother I haven't seen him in years he came to my room was amazed he ant want to leave it felt like home love it I'm coming back November baby thanks for the love y'all

Дуже гарний готель. Жили на третьому поверсі. Номер великий, охайний, чистий, є все необхідне. Спальня знаходиться в окремій кімнаті. Є також вітальня та велика кухня. Ванна кімната облаштована ванною. Балкона немає, але поруч з номером тераса для загального користування зі зручними кріслами та шезлонгами. Вхід до готелю, користування ліфтом та вхід на терасу тільки з застосуванням ключа-картки, що забезпечує безпеку мешканців. Розташування зручне, поряд з Французьким кварталом, 8 хвилин пішки до Бурбон стріт. Поряд є зупинки громадського транспорту. На жаль, готель не має безкоштовного паркування, але надає платну послугу з паркування. На час нашого перебування у вересні 2025 вартість паркування 47 доларів за добу. Номер бронювали заздалегідь з можливістю відмови, сплачували в день заселення. Готелем надаються безкоштовні сніданки: йогурти, варені яйця, омлет, ковбаски, пластівці, різні булочки, вафлі, фрукти. Кава та чай надаються протягом всього дня. В цілому, готелем задоволені.

Stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!!!!! They got huge cockroaches,I called a receptionist twice to kill it and moved out the same day ,asked my money back they promised I will receive a refund but I never did . They scam in a hotel too be aware I asked people who works in a hotel how is it possible to have a cockroaches in a hotel and they said it’s normal,they are everywhere. Maybe outside it’s ok but definitely not inside

The staff were very professional, courteous and respectful. It is a quiet area and yet within walking distance to all that New Orleans has to offer and very close to public transportation. Excellent location.

The Suites are very nice ad comfortable. The only thing I was not happy with is how much they charge for valet parking...$47.00 a night! That's ridiculous. Then the garage that we had to park in was wide open with rats running around. The only way to go into the suites is the front door. I know there is the concern of safety especially in the area it is in. But overall, the suites are very good especially for the price

Great Stay!

We stayed for three nights. It was a great hotel for our needs and fairly inexpensive. It’s not for people expecting a resort feel. It is definitely a basic extended stay hotel. Not a resort. Pros: The room was basic, but very clean and the bed was super comfy! Didn’t see any pests of any sort. Had everything we needed to cook with and didn’t have to buy disposable plates or anything. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and had quite a few options. The hotel had an awesome patio. Super close to the French quarter, and Ubers were cheap. They have a little canteen area with snacks and ice and such. Cons: the area was pretty rough. Across the street from the police station and a bus stop. Saw some drug paraphernalia scattered on the ground, and lots of people sleeping on the sidewalks. Definitely uber places after dark. And don’t go into any sketchy alleys or areas. Parking was very expensive through the hotel ($50 a night). We self parked in the garage next door for $30 or less a night. The walls are not sound proof. Our last night there we had a large group in the room next door and the music was intolerable, I let the staff know and they sorted it out. Would definitely stay again!
