It could use upgrades and a deep disinfecting cleaning. A lot of wear and tear throughout the hotel and my floor, the 11th, had a nusty dingy scent. Also, why are there no ice machines? Checkin was great. Check out, the older black gentlemam was more concerned with his cellphone than helping.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very nice, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff was absolutely adorable and welcoming. The location is convenient—close to everything and easily accessible by bus, which made getting around New Orleans super easy. It’s the perfect place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The staff with the exception of 1-2 individuals were unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. They made me wait from 10:30 AM- 4:00 PM to check in. Many excuses were used but they lack of care an nonchalant attitude they carried was the worst. The manager was definitely defining the tone of his staff. Wry unacceptable.

My stay was pleasant overall. The suite was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. Although there was some minor noise from the air conditioning and refrigerator, it didn’t affect my rest. The hotel’s location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Bourbon Street. A good choice for the price.

Staff was fantastic! We loved the security. The spaciousness of the room, the kitchenette gave us the option to cook and eat in and that was wonderful! Easy walking distance to Bourbon St. Parking was confusing if not using valet but overall it was a definite 5 star stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The night shift gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and kind—he truly made us feel welcome after a long day. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from both Canal Street and Bourbon Street, which made it easy to explore the area. There were a few areas that could use improvement. We had to request clean towels each day, as they were not automatically refreshed, and we also had to ask for bedding for the pull-out couch. The shower floor had a slight grayish tint, so housekeeping could be a bit more attentive to detail. Breakfast was included, and the staff working the area clearly worked very hard, but they struggled to keep items stocked during busy times. Overall, this hotel has friendly staff and a great location, but a few service and cleanliness improvements would make the stay even better.
