No room service, property and rooms need caulking and painting. Bathroom floors, trim, etc. are all in need of a cleaning! Overall, just dirty. Coffee in room, pjs is terrible, creamer in packages hard and old. You have to use water in bathroom or pay 8 dollars a bottle to make coffee. Bathrooms in lobby were disgusting, no tp, doors do not lock or close. I could go on and on. No carpet in halls, smells terrible on level 2. Etc

Staff was amazing… except the front desk. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights & breakfast for all 4 travelers… what we got was 1 room and a signal breakfast. We booked a Bourbon street balcony & and need up with a pool balcony. There was no offer to help with the 2nd room reservation that just disappeared. Had to put my kid across town and pay over $900 for accommodations somewhere else for him. Separating our group. I hate this hotel & their lack of help.

Love this hotel. States twice and will definitely stay again. Only issue was the water pressure wasn’t good in the sink and too a long time to heat up as well as the shower. Other than that it’s beautiful and very clean.

I had an unpleasant experience at this property. The first I had a loud clicking noice coming from my ac system which never stopped even after maintenance came. In addition, the alarm woke me up out of my sleep a 6 am ( perhaps) by housekeeping. Also I had to argue with the management staff about compensating me regarding the lack of sleep due the ac noise. I will never stay here again and don’t recommend this outdated establishment to any future guest.

The property was very pretty. We had booked a room with a terrace and the suite we were given did not have a terrace that you walked out on from room. I also was there for my wedding and they were not accommodating when I asked for options to get to the chapel that was 2 blocks away

I was very worried about the noise but thankfully they were able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and off main road room. Outside of the hotel was the center of the French quarter but once you get into your room, you hear nothing. Loved that.

the bellman was the sweetest man & super joyful. we were received so kindly bh the front desk. room was always kept clean, it was a gift to walk in to a tidy space thanks to the cleaning staff.
