Ran shower water for 15 minutes before it reached slight Luke warm to take a shower, no tv remote, and no body wash in the container. Just pointing out the reason I will be staying at better hotels from here on out

The ENTIRE FLOOR had like cooking grease on it I couldn’t even walk without my shoes … When I put the towel under my feet from shower and picked it up it was filthy from the floor … absolutely nottttt worth what I had to pay

There was no water in the room when I woke up. I was unable to wash hands toilet was not working no shower. But Ramada credited me the whole nights stay. They did not charge me. That was a powerful move. I will be staying at Ramada when ever possible. City had water off.

We were charged a "damage fee" and told it would be credited on our credit card after checkout. That did not happen. We stayed there one night in mid October 2025. Only there to catch our flight home. Two 70 year old grammas there for 12 hours. No communication from the hotel about return and no refund on credit card. Not happy. Never been charged a "damage fee" ever. I believe it's their way of scamming guests. I'm done with this hotel chain.

We stayed here for three nights and our room was only “cleaned” on the first day - that means making the bed and taking out the trash, that’s it. And they even left the trash bag (with trash) outside our room overnight!!! On our second night of stay, there was no hot water in the shower. I had to call them to fix the problem. Breakfast was very basic. Staff were fine. I do not recommend this place.

The room was like a motel6 but I guess you get what you pay for. I stayed there because it was a Ramada. I didn't think they had 3rd rate accommodations. The floor was fake wood planking and became very slippery in bare feet. When I got up at 6:30 to shower and go to catch a flight, there was NO WATER IN THE SINK,TOILET OR SHOWER. The front desk had no idea why so I ask for bottled water to wash my face, hair and brush my teeth. On the way out I ask for a refund and was refused. If I was Ramada, I would be ashamed to include this property in my portfolio.
